1. Controlled educational purpose
Signal Session is designed for facilitator-operated security-awareness exercises, not unrestricted generation.
2. Authorized inputs
An organization administrator manages approved driving-video templates. A facilitator adds one attendee photograph collected for the authorized exercise.
3. Synthetic output and facilitator review
The attendee identity is applied to the approved performance. A facilitator privately reviews the result before Presentation Mode access is issued.
4. Controlled Presentation Mode
A synthetic result may be shown without an initial visible disclosure only inside the controlled, facilitator-operated presentation experience, where an immediate reveal is part of the authorized exercise.
5. Reveal requirement
The facilitator must complete the reveal so viewers understand that the video was synthetic and that visual recognition is not sufficient verification.
6. External disclosure
Any retained or externally shared derivative must carry a persistent synthetic-media disclosure. The undisclosed Presentation Mode file must not be distributed.
7. Retained-asset restrictions
A separate decision must document permitted uses, channels, owner, review or expiration date, and approval. Live participation alone is not permission for future use.
8. Identity authorization and organization duties
Organizations are responsible for identity permissions, template rights, facilitator conduct, accurate approvals, and appropriate audience context.
9. Provider involvement
When enabled, the selected synthetic-media provider receives the approved template and attendee photograph to produce the result. Current integrations include Magic Hour and Pruna AI routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Provider terms and processing details require production review.
